2.1 Contact and assessment form

When you submit the contact or assessment form on this website, we collect:

• Full name and work email address
• Company name and your role
• Area of interest and engagement type you select
• The message you write

This data is submitted to and stored in Zoho CRM (see Section 4). We use it to respond to your enquiry and scope a potential engagement.

2.2 Resource downloads (case studies, compliance checklist)

Before downloading a gated resource, we ask for your name, work email and company. This data is stored temporarily in your own browser's localStorage only. It is not transmitted to our servers unless and until a backend integration is activated — at which point this policy will be updated. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

2.3 Analytics data

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics collects:

• IP address (anonymised before storage)
• Browser type, operating system and device
• Pages visited, time on site and referral source
• Approximate geographic region (country/city)

This data is processed by Google LLC under their Data Processing Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally.

2.4 Server logs

Our web hosting provider automatically logs standard server access data (IP address, page requested, timestamp, HTTP status). This data is used for security and operational purposes and is not linked to your identity.

Zoho CRM

Google Analytics

Website analytics are provided by Google LLC (USA). Data is transferred to Google under Standard Contractual Clauses. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Hosting

Our production website is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. A demonstration/staging version may be accessible on GitHub Pages (operated by GitHub, Inc., USA); that environment is not intended for production use and may log standard server-access data.

5. Cookies

This website sets the following cookies:

• _ga, _gid, _gat — Google Analytics analytical cookies (session and visitor identification). Expire after 2 years, 24 hours and 1 minute respectively.

We do not set advertising, retargeting or third-party tracking cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

6. Data retention

• Contact form enquiries: retained in Zoho CRM for up to 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion.
• Google Analytics data: retained for 26 months per Google's default settings.
• Browser localStorage data: stored on your own device; deleted when you clear your browser's site data. No server retention until backend integration is live.
• Server logs: retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (where technically feasible)
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing)
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority — in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the EU, your local Data Protection Authority
